There are areas on our website that require registration (user account) or subscription (newsletter). In the newsletter’s case, each edition / alert also contains the way to unsubscribe; Once this option is accessed, the unsubscription will be applied immediately, without further confirmation from the Customer. Depending on the type of registration (user account, newsletter subscription), the Customer may be asked for data such as: first name, last name, email, address, company etc. This data is used for identification, validation or completion of the user account or for marketing and advertising purposes.

The requested data through fields that are accompanied by an asterisk (*) is mandatory; in the absence of this data, performing the actions requested by the Customer (for example, delivering an order) is impossible. Whoever is visiting www.colibriart.co.uk has the right to refuse to provide this data, but this refusal implies the impossibility to finalize placing an order.

According to the General Data Protection Regulation requirements, ColibriArt has the obligation to handle, in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided by the Customer. 

If the Customer’s information changes or wishes to no longer use the services provided, the Company will take care to correct, update or delete the Customer’s personal data, in response to a written request. The request can be sent by email at contact@colibriart.co.uk .

The Customer benefits from the right of access, intervention on the data, opposition, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to address the justice court. At the same time, the Client has the right to oppose the processing of the personal data concerning him and to request the deletion of the data.
